What happens once I’ve bought my membership, admissions or event tickets online?

When you purchase a ticket online a confirmation email will be sent to the specified email address. Burton Agnes will not post any tickets purchased online.

Please present this when you arrive at the admissions desk. If you are unable to print this out, please show it on your mobile device on arrival or alternatively make a note of the 8 digit booking reference and bring along some ID.

Admission tickets are non-refundable.

Memberships are non-transferable and must only be used by the visitor(s) in whose name the membership was purchased.

What if my confirmation email doesn’t arrive?

If you don’t receive your order confirmation email, after checking your junk/spam email folder, please contact us on tel. 01262 490324 or email:office@burtonagnes.com

Do I need to buy my tickets online?

Memberships and admission tickets can be bought in person at the admission desk on the day of your visit.

Some events are ticketed, please see website for more information.

Access

The gardens, grounds and he ground floor of the house are all wheelchair accessible. We regret that wheelchair access is not available to the first and second floors of the house, however a reduced rate is offered, and these areas can be viewed in an album on the ground floor. A hip seat is available to carry young children around the house.

Dogs

Dogs on leads are welcome in the grounds, except in the playground.
